About Us
We Believe That Books are an Important Part of Childhood
Net proceeds from Booknut Book Club will be used to fund operations at our partner organization, The Little Library That Could, a free lending library for children living in Istanbul, Turkey. Our founder, a former attorney-accountant from Southern California, has been collecting children's literature since the mid-1980s, never dreaming that one day, these beloved books would become the starting point for Little Library That Could, where she serves as librarian.

Treat someone (including yourself!) with a gift from Booknut Shop, our curated collection for book lovers... we start with baby gifts and offer you more choices, for book-loving children of all ages (including graduating high schoolers), as well as for the adults in their lives!
